It Happens!
“Friday 17 Artists” across a range of media—from painting to installation, from sculpture to performance—is notable for its attention to a deep, sensitive poetic imagery. It is almost discreet, intimate, yet not necessarily detached from current events or social themes. They seem to tell of a deep genesis in the making of a construction that is almost primordial and retinal, imagistic and sensitive, of the very first and fundamental relationship between the deepest self and the other.
