Bad Girl

A modern reinterpretation of Vermeer's famous Girl with a Pearl Earring.

The artist does not decide to be sensitive and creative. The artist is born sensitive and creative. At a certain point in life, the artist decides to cultivate an innate passion: the ability to be moved, to metabolize these emotions, to express them on a canvas or on the shapeless material before him, to feel shy in front of his unfinished work, to modify himself as he creates, to feel fulfilled at the moment of completing his own 'creature'. For me, this is what it means to 'make art'.
