The Three Graces in a Pop Setting

The artist does not choose to be sensitive and creative. The artist is born sensitive and creative. At a certain point in life, the artist decides to cultivate an innate passion: the capacity to be moved, to metabolize these emotions, to express them on a canvas or on the shapeless material before him, to feel shy in front of his unfinished work, to modify himself as he creates, to feel fulfilled at the moment of completing his own 'creature.' To me, this is what it means to 'make art.'
