Beyond

A hidden corner of nature opens before us like a window onto the sea. The cave, wrapped in the warm colors of earth, contrasts with the blue of the sky and water. The setting sun illuminates the sea and leaves a long golden trail across its surface. It is a moment of quiet, in which light and shadow meet and invite the gaze to go beyond. A work that speaks of freedom, peace and wonder, and of the longing to leave behind what is known in order to discover new horizons.

This work stems from the desire to represent a moment of peace and freedom, the feeling you have when, leaving behind the noise and speed of daily life, you find yourself before the simple and immense beauty of the sea. The cave was chosen as the central element because it represents a refuge, an intimate space in which to pause, observe, and rediscover oneself. Beyond the rocks opens a luminous horizon, almost suggesting that, even in the darkest or most difficult moments, there is always a space to look toward and a light to reach. The sunset thus becomes a symbol of a passage: the possibility of letting go of what has been and calmly welcoming what will come. Through the warm colors of the rocks and the cooler tones of the sky and water, the work arises from the meeting of strength and delicacy, shadow and light, protection and openness. In short, it is an invitation to pause for a moment and remember that, even when we feel surrounded by difficulties, beyond the rock there is always a horizon.
